Gluten

Gooey, wheaty, makes you sweaty.

A substance which is found within Wheat. In its natural form its rather gooey, and as a result reacts pretty badly to most peoples stomachs (about 85% of people are intolerant in some way to gluten, but its only noticible in approx 30% of them)

Thats why gluten free stuff is everywhere.
