To inject an air of confusion, poor taste, and annoyed chaos into a situation.

EG: "What the hell? SHIT SPENCE AGRO'D ALL THE HYDRAS AGAIN!"
The above situation was spenceminated

This can also be used to describe the situation when a poor example of the human genome sprays their 'love goop' into a ladys 'woo woo' and she gets 'all knocked up.'
