A glory hole is the hole Flash Gordon puts his hand into in a multi-holed stump in the movie Flash Gordon.
The holes are home to the Wood Beast that bites a person when they stick their hand in there. Timothy Dalton was the Prince that forced Flash Gordon into sticking his hand in the hole. The Glory Hole.
